Location: City of Kent’s Lake Meridian Park, 14800 SE 272nd Street
The City of Kent’s Lake Meridian Park and the surrounding area is a perfect venue for the Puget Sound Area’s latest addition to the summer triathlon calendar. Clear, clean water, rural roads with generous shoulders, and King County’s Soos Creek Trail will give athletes a great challenge on race day.
This race is produced by Raise the Bar - the folks that also produced the 2009 #1 off-road triathlon in the nation - XTERRA Black Diamond. Raise the Bar events are known for spot-on course marking, armies of enthusiastic volunteers, safety, and hospitality. Bring the family and enjoy a full-on pancake breakfast after your race.
Cash prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers in both the Sprint and Olympic Races. 2 free XTERRA Wetsuits will be given away with other prizes!

GET READY FOR THE RACE WITH RAISE THE BAR....
Training for the Lake Meridian or other Triathlons will take place at Lake Meridian Park on Wednesday nights beginning June 9. Join RTB for weekly interval workouts on the course.
Open water swim races - happen June 11, July 9, and August 13. Enter to practice the ½ mile course, or swim the 1.2 or 2.4 mile distances in a wetsuit or non-wetsuit division.
All Raise the Bar Events and Training are deeply discounted to members of our Triathlon Team. Any Aspiring or experienced triathlete is invited to be a member. Find out more.....
