.25 mile swim

15.8 mile bike

3,1 mile run

 

Raise the Bar is excited to offer the Super Sprint Distance for beginners, near-beginners, or the time-challenged triathletes out there.  With only a ¼ mile swim, this distance will be a great entrance into the sport without the pressure of staring down those longer courses!  The bike and run, while shorter than a typical sprint race, are still challenging distances and will happen on the same bike and run courses as the Sprint and Olympic courses.  There are a few hills out there so get training!!!
